Our packages are shipped in bulk to contribute to a better and healthier world. This means that the average delivery time for our packages is 4 to 9 business days. We collect packages in large quantities, and when we reach our minimum quantity, we ship them all at once. We hope you understand this and will help us create a better and healthier world.

We are sorry that your order has been delayed. First, check your tracking code to verify the status of your order. It may be that the package is delayed at customs. However, in 99% of cases, the package is still delivered. If you have not received your order after 13 business days, please feel free to contact us and we will look for a solution together.

  1. Where can I find my tracking code?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. It may take 2 to 4 days for you to receive the code. Also, check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a few business days for the tracking system to become active.

You can track your order with the tracking code you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to know the status of your delivery.
