You can also choose to return the ring and then receive the correct size.

  • Return requests can be submitted within 30 days after receipt of your order

We have a return period of 14 days during which the customer can return their package without giving a reason.

Choose a gift card and receive the full purchase amount, plus €5 bonus. This is the fastest option: as soon as your return is received and checked by us, you will receive the gift card directly via email.
The gift card can be found in your inbox immediately after processing and can be used for any future order.

Refund via original payment method
Would you prefer to have the amount refunded via your original payment method? That’s possible! Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to be visible in your account.

Our return policy for partially returning discount promotions:

With 2+2, 2+1 & 1+1 deals or bundles, the discount is voided if one of the items is returned.

All items must be returned to us in an unworn condition, suitable for resale, with any tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we would like to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@luminora.nl with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible. In most cases, the defective jewelry does not need to be returned.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code (#XXXXX). If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to assist you.

Ask our customer service team about the options. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
